Nice hotel with a friendly staff. But the location is not as good as it seems. If you are not planning to use the bus, it is around half an hour walk to the city center.

Wireless internet did not work in the rooms. The staff were ok., but should have been more helpful about information and places to visit in Florence. Parking location is behind the the hotel, so it takes some walking to get there. Overall, I expected a better room from this hotel. It was a bit far from the center of the city and the important attractions of the city.
